How it all began…

Vegas Lounge, Minneapolis, MN
Cassie’s friend, Sam Paulson hosted a party at her apartment in Minneapolis. Jack’s friend, Austin Johnson invited him along. Everyone went to Vegas Lounge where Cassie and Jack first met and followed each other on Instagram after finding out they had another mutual friend, Bubba Kubes.

State Fairgrounds, St. Paul, MN
Jack crossed paths with Bubba and his mom, Lisa, at a Tim McGraw concert. In classic matchmaking style, Lisa had the idea that Jack and Cassie would make a great couple. Jack agreed and Bubba said he would reach out to Cassie to see if she was interested in a date.

Centro, Minneapolis, MN
Cassie was very interested. However, the guys weren’t moving fast enough for her liking. So, Cassie decided to shoot her shot and slide into Jack’s DM’s. A few messages were exchanged and their first date was set up at Centro in Minneapolis where they would spend hours in conversation.

Finland, MN
The day Jack and Cassie got engaged! Jack brought them to the same trail they did back in January 2022, where their first “I love you’s” were exchanged. After proposing, they celebrated in Grand Marais to soak in the moment before sharing the news with family and friends.
